some of your artwork was good, but the quality of it overall let it down so much. The code-style background with the numbers needs improving.
Same with the sound, you added some good effects with the music, but mostly it just silent -kinda wierd when the music climaxed and then suddenly stopped (too early).
This mostly seemed a bit too inconsistent. You just really need to improve the quallity, spend a little more time on how scenes run together, things running off the screen, and the ending - WHERE did agent smith get choped?

Oh yeah!
I love that song! Great to see a flash to it. The animation was a bit simple, but trippy & inpired none the less.

Faster!
This definately needs to be a lot faster. That would improve it HEAPS.
Some kind of funny jokes, hope you get better
